How Do You Descale a Saniflo Macerator Pump?

Before you descale the macerator, disconnect it from the power supply.

Pour half the bottle, or approximately 2.5 liters, of the descaling solution into the toilet bowl.
Leave the solution for at least two hours.
Connect the unit to the power supply. Flush the toilet a few times.

How Often Should You Use Saniflo Descaler?

The fluid does the job of cleaning and disinfecting a Saniflo pump for continued efficiency. You can do the descaling using said cleaner twice a year or as often as recommended, taking into account the water hardness in your area.
